Sinclair Alacqua, CHC
Certified Health Coaching and Certified Personal Trainer
She has a passion for health and helping people make small, sustainable changes, to have the most lasting effect in their lives.By focusing on the 4 pillars of health; Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep and Stress Management she shows her clients how focusing on being the healthiest version of themselves is key to solving a lot of root issues. She has coached a variety of people with lots of different health goals, from stay-at-home moms who want to nourish themselves and their children better, to business owners looking to manage theirs’ and their employees’ stress better or to college students taking an early interest in their health to feel, look and perform better.
When not coaching clients, Sinclair enjoys cooking, strength training, playing golf, travel and spending time with her husband, Ross and 2 kids, Aria and Cole.
